Every maintenance job includes:
- Fall furnace tune-up: combustion analysis, gas pressure, flame sensor, blower, heat exchanger inspection
- Spring AC tune-up: refrigerant check, capacitor, contactor, coil clean, condensate clear
- Tankless water heater descaling (annual)
- HRV / ERV filter and core cleaning
- Commercial rooftop coil wash and belt check
- Maintenance agreement: scheduled visits, priority dispatch, discounted parts

Does maintenance actually prevent failures?
Yes. How often?
Twice a year is the standard — spring (AC) and fall (furnace). Tankless water heaters get annual descaling. Commercial rooftops often need quarterly coil attention depending on exhaust load.

Scheduled tune-ups at a discount, front-of-line dispatch for any issue in-between, and discounted parts if anything needs replacing. We'll size the plan to your equipment, not sell you coverage you don't need.
