Why don't you have more Google reviews?
We're a small owner-operated shop. We grow by a few reviews a month, not a thousand a year. Every review is from a real local customer — we don't buy them, we don't trade them, and we don't gate them. We'd rather have 50 reviews we can stand behind than 500 we can't.
How do you handle a bad review?
We respond publicly within 24 hours, no excuses, and reach out privately to make it right when we can. We don't ask for it to be deleted. A small number of bad reviews is a normal cost of running a service business honestly — what matters is how we respond and what we change.
Do you ask customers to leave a review?
Yes — every customer, after every job, gets a one-tap link to leave a Google review. We don't pre-screen for happy ones. The same link goes to everyone. If you weren't happy, the review tells us something we need to know.
Where else can I check your reputation?
Google Business Profile is our primary surface today. We're listed publicly with our TSSA F/S licence (verifiable on tssa.org), HRAI membership, and full address. Other review platforms (HomeStars, BBB) are on the roadmap.
