Are you a licensed plumber?
Yes — plumbing is done by licensed technicians working under our HVAC+mechanical umbrella. For structural water work (stack replacements, major re-piping), we'll tell you if it's outside our scope and refer you to a specialist master plumber partner.
Can you handle commercial plumbing?
Yes — tenant improvements, mop sinks, back-flow preventers, commercial dishwasher hookups, and multi-unit buildings. We coordinate with the building, permits, and after-hours scheduling so service isn't disrupted.
Same-day for leaks and urgent issues?
Usually yes in the GTA core, same-day in the outer service area. Leaks with active water damage get triaged as emergencies.
