FAQ
Furnace Repair: your top questions
How fast can you get here for a no-heat call?
Most same-day within 2–4 hours in the GTA core, same-day in the outer service area. Overnight calls are triaged — we can talk you through emergency steps while the tech drives.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
General rule: if the furnace is under 12 years old and the repair is under $800, repair. Over 15 years old with a major component failure (heat exchanger, board, blower motor), replacement usually makes more financial sense over a 5-year horizon. We'll give you the numbers and let you decide — no pressure.
Do you work on any brand of furnace?
Yes — Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Bryant, Keeprite, Amana, York, American Standard, and others. If you can tell us the brand and model on the call, we'll confirm parts availability before driving out.
Is there a service charge if I don't go ahead with the repair?
Yes, there's a flat diagnostic fee that covers the tech's drive and assessment. It's disclosed upfront, and if you approve the repair, we credit it toward the job.
