When you call, you reach a TSSA-licensed senior technician with a BSc and 10+ years on tools — not a call-centre. Same person diagnoses, quotes, and (usually) does the work.

Fixed quotes in writing
Every quote shows the all-in number: equipment, labour, removal, ESA permit, warranty registration, taxes. No 'starting at' lures, no bills for surprise extras.

We size with Manual J, not square footage
Lazy contractors sell 'a 3-ton AC for a 2,000 sq ft home'. We do an actual heat-loss/gain calculation. The right-sized unit costs less, runs longer cycles, dehumidifies better, lasts longer.

We don't sell rentals
Rental water heaters and furnaces are bad math. You pay 3–4× the unit cost over 10 years and don't own anything. We install equipment you own outright with a manufacturer warranty in your name.

Real diagnostic tools, real meters
Manometer for static pressure, calibrated CO meter, microfarad meter, refrigerant scales. No '$49 tune-up' that's just a visual look + an upsell pitch.

We register every install
Most major-brand warranties drop from 10 years parts to 5 if not registered within 60-90 days. We register every install on your behalf and email confirmation.

We tell you when NOT to buy
If your system has 5 more good years, we say so. If a $1,400 repair on a 14-year-old furnace is worse math than replacement, we'll say so. We'd rather earn the next 20 years of your business than squeeze one job.
